New PDFs for Time Entries

The PDF reports available on the time entries screen have been expanded with new options available - all based off the date range that is being viewed:

Hrs only: Just shows the hours for each entry
Hrs & comments: Shows the hours and comments for each entry
Hrs & value: Shows the hours and worked value for each entry
Hrs value & comments: Shows the hours, worked value and comment for each entry.

Note: Only people with access levels that allow visibility of dollars will have the options that include worked amount

Project directory highlights projects that are over budget

A minor change to help see which projects are over budget. The Worked Amount is highlighted if greater than the project budget.

A new report to show project financial status is currently in development.
