Notification options for leave expanded to include project manger and specified individual options.

New notification options for leave (Admin section)

Rounding out notifications settings, new options have been added for leave requests.

The big change is that project managers can be notified if people resourced to their projects request leave, and for companies that centralise leave approvals, you can specify individuals to be notified of all leave requests.
