Qty to 4 d.p.'s in quantity and rate invoice lines
If you are saving an invoice that has a invoice line in one of the following Line Item Structure:
-
Line per role
-
Line per person
-
Line per rate
you can select the Manual (qty & amount) Billing Method. If you update the Amount, the Qty will be updated to: Amount DIVIDED BY Rate, to 6 d.p.'s (only 4 d.p.'s are displayed in the invoice).
If the Qty (to 4 d.p.'s) x Rate does not equal the manual amount you entered, the Amount will be updated and an error message will be displayed when you save or approve the invoice.
