31 August 2025 - New MergeField available in the invoice template and more Managed Reports in Metabase

New MergeField can be included in invoice templates

You can now include the following MergeField in the budget table of your invoice templates:

  1. InvPrvTot%;

so that the % of the total budget that has previously been invoiced is included in your invoice.

More Managed Reports in Metabase

We’ve added new reports to the Projectworks' Managed Reports collection in Metabase. The following reports are now also available:

  • Hours Worked by Person*

  • People Cost*

  • 12 Month Forecast by Project *

  • 12 Month Forecast by Company*

  • Weighted Forecast

  • Staff time Summary

  • Timesheet status

*Conversions of existing legacy reports.

We have migrated the Access Level settings to the reports you had previously enabled for specific Access Levels so there is no action to take to enable these for your organisation.

While these reports contain the same information as their legacy counterparts, some of them look a little different due to different reporting engine driving the report.
