Customizing Projectworks Managed Reports
Before you get started:
You can edit and duplicate your own custom reports to match your team's requirements. To help you get started, Projectworks provides managed reports—these are marked with the Projectworks logo and can be duplicated for further customization. Managed reports can’t be edited directly, but you can control visibility by setting user or access level permissions as needed.

Access Requirements
To Duplicate a report, you must have the Reporting feature enabled and the ‘Can Edit’ & ‘Can Manage’ access permission enabled in your user role.
How to find Projectworks Managed Reports
Projectworks managed reports can be easily identified through the Projectworks logo on the report screen.
You cannot directly edit these reports, but you can speed up your reporting process by duplicating them to form the basis of your custom reports. To learn more about how the different reports are organized, have read of the ‘Getting started with Custom Reporting’ to learn about collections.
How to Duplicate a Report
To duplicate a Projectworks managed report, open the ‘Manage Reports’ menu and select ‘Edit’ on the report you want to clone. When the report opens, select the three dot menu on the top ribbon and select ‘Duplicate’.
Give the report a new name and select which collection it is part of.
Remember that reports in your personal collection will not be available to share with others in the reports list on the Manage Reports page!
How to edit a Duplicated Report
If you added the cloned report to the company collection:

Open the ‘Managed Reports’ menu, and select ‘Edit’ on the report.

You can edit the dashboard through the edit function.

You can edit the question by selecting the three dot menu on the question tile.
If you added the cloned report to your personal collection:

Click the ‘Add custom report’ button on the top right of the report page.

Navigate to the hamburger menu on the top left corner and select your personal collection.

Select the report you wish to edit.
How to edit a report

Open the ‘Managed Reports’ menu, and select ‘Edit’ on the report.

When the report opens, select the three dot menu on the top ribbon and select ‘Duplicate’.

Give the report a new name and select which collection to save the cloned report to.

Click “Duplicate”.
Alternatively, if you do not have “Can manage” Report access, but do have “Can Edit” Report access you can, or you want to clone a report from your personal collection:

Click on “+ Add Custom Report”;

Click on the hamburger menu on the lef ton the top navigation bar to open the sidebar;

Select the collection that contains the report you want to duplicate;

Click on the three horizonatal dots next to the report you want to clone, and select “Duplicate”;

Give the report a new name and select which collection to save the cloned report to.

Click “Duplicate”.
