Project default settings
Projectworks administrators can specify the following project defaults to streamline project creation.
Settings can be found in Settings > System Settings > Project Defaults, and include:
Project default billing method
Set the default billing method to populate invoices - T&M (uses time / expense entries), or Fixed (uses revenue forecasts).
Expenses billable to customer
Set whether expenses should be automatically billable to the customer so you can see the budget burn down in real time. This can be set independently for company paid expenses and reimbursable expense claims, and for the latter, once submitted or only when approved.
Include expense sales tax in billable amounts
Set whether expenses that are billable to the customer should have their purchase sales tax included when on-charging to the customer.
