Microsoft Outlook Integration

You can now view Microsoft Outlook calendar events directly in your timesheet. Simply click on an event and automatically add the event to your timesheet. Your event title will be automatically populated as the time entry comment, so that there is context included in each time entry.

Improved performance on the time entry screens

We have optimized the performance of the: time entry list screens. This doesn’t change the functionality of the time entry screens, but if you regularly view a large number of time entries on a single screen, you may notice that the display of these pages is a lot faster.

Option in Schedule: Publish to Resourcing for Penciled vs Confirmed

On your Project Schedule, when you choose to Publish to Resourcing (Setting up a project schedule), you can now publish the resource booking as Penciled. By default, bookings publish as Confirmed.

Enhancements in the Project Schedule page

We fixed the order of Budgets on the Project Schedule > Edit Dates modal to match the Budgets tab. We also corrected the date picker in the modal to display the full date, including the complete year, without cutting off the last digit.
