Exclude Fixed Fee Time Entries from Invoice Breakdowns

Associating time entries to a fixed fee invoice line allows you to monitor your project's revenue, margin and budget burn more accurately, however you may not want your clients to see these time entries in their invoiced breakdowns.

You can now opt to exclude:

Forecast; and
Manual (amount);

time entries from all invoice breakdowns and invoice breakdown CSV's as a tenant setting.

Bulk Inline Editing for Timecodes in Budgets List

You can now bulk inline edit timecode fields directly from the Budgets list, speeding up updates without opening each item.

The following fields are now available in the Hide/Show control and can be edited inline from the list view:

Scheduled
Start Date
End Date
Schedule Status
Schedule Progress
Billable
Default Rate
Comment Required
Restrict By Date

Fields formerly shown as toggles - Scheduled, Active, Comment Required, and Restrict By Date - now use checkboxes to match the Projectworks design system.

This update aims to improve efficiency and consistency when managing large budgets and multiple timecodes.

Login and Navigation Updates

Bookmarked and shared URLs now redirect correctly after login. This aims to improve the login experience when accessing Projectworks via bookmarked or shared links.

Previously, opening a Projectworks URL while logged out redirected you to the login page, then to the dashboard after signing in. Now, Projectworks remembers the original page and redirects you there automatically after login.

This simplifies:

returning to bookmarked pages
opening shared links from teammates
continuing your workflow without extra navigation after signing in
