Expense enhancement
You can now link attachments to specific expense lines in the new Expense experience. This allows Project Managers to see the attachments associated with their projects when they are linked to the expense line, and ensure the right people see the right attachments.
Keep an eye on for more enhancements to come for the new Expense experience!

New project header
The header on every project tab has a new layout:
- Company and status: The project's company and a contractual status badge (Signed, Unsigned (committed) or Unsigned (opportunity)) show at the top.
- Project details: The Project Dates now show alongside the Project Manager and Time Entries details below the project name.
Costs on the project Overview chart
- Cost lines: The chart on a billable project's Overview page now shows costs alongside budget, burn and invoicing in the All Time view. Click the Projected burn or Projected invoicing tile to see it.
- Same as Margin: Costs are worked out the same way as on the project's Margin page.
- Permissions: Costs only show for users who can see dollars and margins on the project.
GL codes per organisation
- Limit GL codes to organisations: GL codes can now be limited to the organisations that use them. When you pick a GL code for a project, only codes its organisation can use are offered.
- Defaults per organisation: Each organisation sets its own default GL code of each type on its organisation screen, instead of one default for the whole account.
- Faster budget setup: When you build budgets on the Budgets page, choosing a budget type (Services or Non-Services) now fills in the organisation's default GL code for that type. The GL code list only shows codes that match the budget type. Budgets that already have invoices or accruals keep their GL code.

Timecode custom fields copied when cloning a project
- Custom field values copied: Cloning a project now copies each timecode's custom field values, as it already did for budgets.
- No more blocked saves: Previously, required timecode custom fields were left empty on the cloned project, so its budgets couldn't be saved until each one was filled in again.

Resourcing Redesign (Beta) updates
- Select, copy, paste and drag hours: You can now select a range of cells by clicking and dragging or Shift+clicking. Copy, cut and paste them with Ctrl/⌘ + C, X and V, or drag a selection to move its hours. A Tip at the end of the legend strip explains how.
- Your capacity on My Resourcing: My Resourcing and a person's Resourcing page now have a row for the person at the top. It shows their capacity colour for each period, as in Resourcing by Person.
- Headers stay in view: When you scroll through a long project or person, its header row now stays at the top of the table. Nested headers, such as a budget or person under a project, stack below it, so you can always see which project, budget and person you're looking at.
- Easier to follow rows and columns: Hovering over a cell now highlights its row and column.
- Show Unresourced filters: Show Unresourced Projects and Show Unresourced People have moved into the Filters panel, which is now also on a project's Resourcing tab. You can choose whether to include Inactive People, Placeholders and Inactive Budgets that have no hours. These are off by default, so inactive people and placeholders with no hours are now hidden unless you turn them on.
- Inactive budgets: Hours on inactive budgets are now shown on Budget Level Resourced projects, with a warning icon on the budget row. These hours are now counted the same way in capacity on the project and person pages.
- Legend: The Legend button shows how many items are hidden, and the legend strip now wraps onto a second line on smaller screens.
- Capacity colours on person rows only: Project and budget rows under a person no longer show capacity colours, so the colour is only shown where it applies to the whole person.
- Fixes: Show Unresourced People no longer lists every project in Resourcing by Project, and hours added through Comment & edit on Budget Level Resourced projects no longer go missing. Several other fixes improve saving, comments and Delete Resourcing; see the Resourcing Redesign Beta article for details.
