Timesheet Redesign is in Beta!
We’re upgrading the technology behind the Projectworks timesheets, and in the process giving timesheets a new look and feel.
Admins can enable the beta under Settings > Beta Features. Once enabled, if you log time entries, or review or approve timesheets, you can check out the new look and feel by simply switching on the “Timesheet Redesign (beta)” toggle on the timesheet you are viewing.
We do not currently support timesheet calendar integration or timesheet custom fields, so if you have either of these enabled, you won’t be able to see the new timesheet just yet - once this functionality is available the new look timesheet will be available for you.

Resourcing Redesign (Beta) updates
We’ve made more improvements to the Resourcing Redesign (Beta), including new hour columns, bulk actions, improved CSV exports, and faster tables.
- New hour columns.
See Total Allocated Hours, Worked Hours, Remaining Allocated Hours, and Total Resourced Hours directly alongside your resourcing, with support for sorting, totals, and CSV export. Total Allocated Hours and Remaining Allocated Hours currently exclude placeholder allocations. - Pencil in or confirm hours in bulk.
Use Pencil-In All Hours or Confirm All Hours from a project or budget menu to update current and future hours in one step. - CSV exports that better match what you see.
Exports from My Resourcing and Person Resourcing now follow your applied filters. For budget-level projects, exports also include budget burn columns for users with access to financial information. - New Hourly Worker column.
The "paid hourly" badge has been replaced with a sortable Hourly Worker column. - Faster, cleaner tables.
We’ve made further performance improvements for larger accounts, highlighted the current period, refreshed the table styling, and fixed several issues with placeholders, totals, and exports.
