Companies > Company types

Company types can be set on a companies to feed into reporting. For example you might want to see how many projects or revenue are associated to companies that are marked as construction, technology or central government.

Use of company types is optional and they’re not mandatory when adding a company.

Maintaining company types

Click the blue + button to add a new company type. A company type can be edited by clicking the three dots to the right.

If a company type is no longer needed it can be deactivated. A company type can only be deleted if no companies have this value set.
