For your migration to Projectworks we need you to export your account data. The process is simple and will only take a minute to do.
It is very important that you select the XML option for the download as this is the format the migration process requires.
Exporting your WorkflowMax data for Projectworks to upload

In the Business menu select Settings

On the Settings screen, select Export All Data

On Select Your Export Type choose Account Data Export

On Export Your Account Data select Export as XML

You will receive an email with a link to the file, download the zip file and send it to us
Please don’t send us the email you receive from WorkflowMax as we will not be able to access the file from the link in that email. We need you to download the zip file and send that to us.
We also suggest you save a copy of your Account Data to CSV for your own records as the CSV files will be easier for you to refer back to in the future if required. You don’t need to send the CSV version to us, we need the XML file.
While Projectworks is unable to upload your WorkflowMax documents we strongly recommend that you download your files, documents and custom templates before losing access to WorkflowMax.
