Google Calendar Integration

You can connect your Google Calendar events to your timesheet!

We introduced the ability to add Outlook Calendar events to your Projectworks timesheets in February, but as more companies are adopting Google Workspace we have extended this functionality to Google Calendar also.

As with Outlook calendar events, you can now view Google calendar events directly in your timesheet and click it to add it to your timesheet. Your event title will be automatically populated as the time entry comment, so the context is included in each time entry.

CSV Expense Import Enhancements

A few weeks ago we introduced the ability to bulk create expenses via CSV Import into a private Beta. Many thanks for all who participated - we’ve taken in your feedback and added a few enhancements to improve the feature;

You can now use Project Number in the import template and review step
You can now use users name along with email address in the template and review step
You can now select the relevant company in the template and review step

The feature will now be available in the Beta Features list for all customers to opt in to use.

Map your Budget Custom fields against HubSpot Deal properties

We’ve enhanced our HubSpot integration to allow you to map Budget Custom fields along with Project Custom fields against the HubSpot deal properties to support stronger data flow between the system, so that you always have the key information delivered from the deal to the project.

More Audit Records

We’ve extended audit records, so if you have access to manage Custom Reporting, you can now view audit records for the following:

Access Levels;
Users' Access Levels;
Budgets;
Forecasts;
Timecodes;
Timecode Assignments; and
User Details.

Email Delivery Log

Track the delivery status of emails you send out of Projectworks. Easily confirm that invoices been successfully sent to your recipients and spot any delivery issues instantly.
